📦 Fulfillment Policy


Kollective provides done-for-you digital marketing services, including:

  • Video content creation

    Paid ad setup and management

    Funnel building and CRM automation


    Once a client signs a contract and submits payment, work begins within 3 business days.

    All services are custom-built to the client’s brand, market, and goals, and delivery timelines vary based on the package selected.


    All services are fulfilled by our in-house team, and progress updates are communicated weekly via email & WhatsApp.

  • ❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Due to the custom nature of our work and the significant resources involved,

    all sales are final

    once work has commenced.

    Cancellations are only accepted within24 hours of purchase

    and only if no work has begun.

    After 24 hours or once onboarding has started, no refunds or cancellations are permitted.

    If a client becomes unresponsive or delays delivery by withholding approvals or assets, the timeline will be paused —not refunded.

    We guarantee to fulfill all deliverables as outlined in the signed contract.

    If Kollective fails to deliver a contracted service due to internal error,

    a resolution will be made via: A revision or replacement of that service, or a partial refunded at Kollective’s discretion.
